REFUND POLICY

ACH MEDIA AGENCY

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services provided by ACH Media Agency (“ACH Media Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.


1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLE

Due to the nature of digital marketing, creative, media, and consulting services—where time, expertise, resources, and third-party costs are committed all payments made to ACH Media Agency are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy development or consulting sessions
  • Digital marketing campaigns (active or completed)
  • Social media management services once initiated
  • Content creation (graphics, videos, copy, branding assets)
  • Website design, development, or optimization work
  • Advertising setup, management, or optimization services
  • Retainer-based or subscription services after the start date
  • Services delayed due to Client’s failure to provide materials, approvals, or access

Once work has commenced, payment is considered earned and non-reversible.


3. SETUP FEES AND INITIAL PAYMENTS

All setup fees, onboarding fees, discovery fees, and initial deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they cover preparatory work, planning, and resource allocation.


4. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

ACH Media Agency is not responsible for refunds related to third-party expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising spend on platforms (e.g., social media or search engines)
  • Software subscriptions
  • Hosting services
  • Domain purchases
  • Influencer or media placements

Any refunds for third-party services are subject to the respective provider’s policies, not ours.


5. MONTHLY RETAINERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

5.1 Active Periods
Payments made for monthly retainers or subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has begun, regardless of usage.

5.2 Cancellation
Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing written notice in accordance with their contract or agreement. Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not entitle the Client to a refund for the current or past billing periods.


6. PERFORMANCE-BASED EXPECTATIONS

ACH Media Agency does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Leads
  • Engagement
  • Traffic growth

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with performance metrics unless a written, performance-based guarantee exists.


7. EXCEPTIONS – ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • ACH Media Agency fails to begin the agreed-upon service
  • No work, planning, or resource allocation has occurred
  • The request is made in writing within 7 days of payment
  • No third-party costs have been incurred

Any approved refund will be partial, at ACH Media Agency’s discretion, and processed after deducting administrative or transaction fees.


8. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Clients agree to contact ACH Media Agency directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Recovery actions for outstanding balances
  • Legal action where applicable

9. PROCESSING TIME FOR APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time may take 5–15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
  • Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable

10. TERMINATION AND REFUNDS

Termination of services by either party does not entitle the Client to a refund for:

  • Services already performed
  • Ongoing billing periods
  • Minimum commitment agreements

All outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.


11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

ACH Media Agency reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
