13. governing law and jurisdiction
    these terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the united arab emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in dubai for any dispute.
